I am Diana Paquet, owner of Wild Child Salon, nestled in the heart of Surf City USA – Huntington Beach, CA!

I started my salon career in Newport Beach back in the mid-90s. I went on to build several different salons in both Athens, Georgia, and Southern California, two different premium hair extension lines, and I led large teams of stylists on both coasts! It was the most fun watching other salon professionals fall in love with the business, and learn all that they could achieve in their lives by working behind the chair.

I believe in living a life of purpose & diversity. I’m passionate about my podcast, The Diana Show. I also dabble as a part-time model, I create courses for the beauty industry, and I’m a volunteer mentor at the local high school for budding cosmetology students.

My biggest joy of all is that I am so very lucky to be an adoptive and biological mother of five children ranging in age from 6-21 years old. 

The cherry on top of my journey is that I’m happily married for the second time around to the best human being on earth!

On a more professional note, my favorite services to provide are several different methods of specialized extensions, luxury coloring offerings, and well-suited haircuts.

My clients often have commented that they appreciate coming into the salon and not only feeling better physically but also leaving mentally uplifted as well. We chat about all things self-love, chasing joy, and how very deserving each and every human is of happiness!

I am an efficient stylist who knows how to create beauty, chat about the latest, and get the job done in a timely manner. I know that your time is important, and I am sensitive to the fact that you have other things going on in your life.

My favorite thing is to see somebody come in and show them what the potential is for them with beauty services. Lots of times, clients feel like they have had something bothering them about their hair for a long time, but really don’t know what could be the solution.

I have been doing hair for the past 25 years and have trained with (and trained some of the industry’s best). I know how to bring out the best in you, and I know so very much is possible for you! I’m excited to meet you and proud to be on this journey with you!
