What to Expect
Before Your Visit
Your experience with us starts before we meet face to face! When you fill out the consultation form, it helps us get a good idea of what you’re looking for and ensures that we are a good fit for one another. We will be notified when you complete the form. We’ll take a look at your request & reach out personally through text or email and clear up any additional questions.
A reminder will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment by email or text. The day before our session, we’ll send over information about how to find the salon, where to park, what to bring & everything else you need to know before you arrive.
If there are any special accommodations you need, please let us know prior to your appointment.
During Consultation & Session
When the day of your appointment arrives, we’ll get you settled and comfortable. We will discuss your long term & short term hair goals before we get started. I will answer any questions you may have throughout the entire process.
After Our Session
Our relationship doesn’t end after our session is over. We will ensure you know what you need to do to maintain your amazing beauty transformation. It’s important to us that any of your questions about styling & home haircare are answered.
You can expect to receive a post-visit review of your game plan moving forward, making at-home maintenance & booking your next appointment easy.
